Basic story is tragically comedic - if one has gotten over 911. I'm from New York and have family that lives three blocks from the towers and got rubbed a little raw but generally enjoyed the keystone jihadis. Essentially, the frustrated Brit-Pakistanis seek some identity through blowing something up. Now, they aren't quite clear on what should go but they know something needs to go "boom boom". Think the Believer but extend the violence outward. Think Bend it Like Beckam (different culture in UK) but replace the soccer ball with a rocket launcher. These guys are less haters of the system that oppresses them with a plan to take it out than they are confused, bubbling, slightly cute idiots with access to explosive material. With each death the film gets more serious - as it should, but still....
